The latest round of bacon seeds have arrived on the ranch. Olive is the black and white girl and the spotted boy still needs a name. Knowing where your food comes from is priceless.

What would spring be, without baby chicks? 5 dozen Blue Laced Red Wyandotte eggs went into the incubator tonight, hatch date will be April 6th. The incubator will most likely run all summer long, or until I get sick of chicks for a little while. 🙃

Today, we tried something new. I have been training the kids on these new nipples for about a week in the hopes we can make feeding time a little easier.
